CoinGecko provides a fundamental analysis of the crypto market. In addition to tracking price, volume and market capitalisation, CoinGecko tracks community growth, open-source code development, major events and on-chain metrics.
Apparently, it is a malicious ad served by Coinzilla (a crypto ad network) that targets a number of crypto websites. If you interacted with the signature request while browsing them, revoke access with http://revoke.cash. CoinGecko issued a security alert advising its user base that, if you are on the CoinGecko website and you are being prompted by your Metamask to connect to this site, this is a SCAM. Don't connect it.
